Decent foamy head nice lacing, clear reddish amber color.
Nose light floral hops, grassy, bit fruity, little reddish amber candy malt, little raw beer mash.
Taste more malty, reddish candy malt, toasty little candy mild sweet, caramel, little grassy floral hop, light to fair bitterness. Finish dry grassy bitterness.
Mouth med bod, decent carb.

Pours a slightly hazy orange amber color with a decent sized but quickly dissipating off white head. Aromas of bready toffee and caramel maltiness with a solid shot of earth and pine. Earthy hop flavor is front and center with a solid caramel toffee to back it up. Lingering earthy bitterness long after the finish of each sip. Medium body with a light to moderate level of carbonation. somewhere between a pale and an Irish red with a generous dollop of hopping. Nice inaugural brew from this company.

Just saw this for the first time at the grocery store and met the owner. Glad to see another local brewer to Portsmouth, NH. I added this beer to BA but after drinking think it may be better classified as an English IPA. It's called an Irish Pale Ale but that wasn't a classification I could choose.
A - Hazy deep amber with tan head. Decent retention nice lacing.
S - Doughy malts and sugary caramel.
T - Slight floral hop. I think it's the barley which adds really unique earthy, grassy, and woody flavors.
M - Medium body with moderate fine carbonation. Extremely smooth
O - This was great. I like the twist which created some really unique flavors and the smoothness makes it very drinkable.
