From the bottle. Sampled on September 26, 2015. The actual name of this beer is Mill Town Mosaic Red Ale
Foamy amber-reddish pour with lacing along the glass.
An abundance of fruity hops dance with the red toasted malts on the nose.
The body is better than medium.
The bitterness is powerful. A pucker-up kind of bitter finish that in a way detracts from the beer. But it is meant to be a hoppy red ale and in that regard they succeeded.

Sample from the Granite State Brewers Festival 7/25/15
Big toffee from the malt bugs me in every beer they make. Rich caramel and plenty of earhty and citrus to counter. Decent.

A very good Irish Red. Unfiltered, dark red color. Hops bring a distinct taste to this red, a good taste. Medium mouth feel. Enjoyed from the tap in the taproom anf brought a growler home. I enjoy a good Irish red and this is one.
