Bottle from Bert's
Slightly hazy light golden color, decent sized tightly bubbled white head. Hints of raw potato and earthy spicy yeast on the nose. The flavor holds a bit more sweet bready maltiness and some earthy spicy yeast flavors. The potatoishness went away quickly but I swear it was there at first pour. Decent enough Hefe.

From the 650 ml. bottle. 2015 debut batch. Sampled on October 24, 2015.
It has a cloudy yellow pour with busy carbonation leading up to a big but short lasting white foamy head.
There is plenty of wheat in the aroma to make me smile along with a slight citrus character.
The body is light to medium but has a smooth texture.
Again, the wheat flavors are noted in the taste but there is this kind of funky yeasty thing that diminishes the overall experience. A little citrus zing in there too.
