Tap at the brewery
Fluffy foamy head, big lacing, very clear nectar tan color
Nose base sweet malt, a kinda meh metallic almost yeast, copper malt, hint grassy herbal hop, faint buffalo sauce
Taste spicy out front, little tangy sauce but mostly fresh chili, fresh pepper flavour too, copper base mildly sweet malt, some grassy herbal hop , little esb bitterness.
Mouth is med bod, decent carb, fair pepper heat
Overall interesting, good pepper heat, nice esb like bitterness

Enjoyed at the brewery.
A - Poured a nice clear honey amber hue with a thin white head that fades to leave thin blanket and wisps.
S - Aromas of light spicy buffalo sauce, interesting Light honey little bit of floral hops.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, loads of floral hops, nice honey notes. The pepper is nicely prominent without over powering the hops.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, crisp, bit thin.
O - Overall this was a very surprising beer. The heat is quite nice and actually work very nicely together. Well done.

Sampled at the Granite State Brewers Fest. Slightly hazy dark golden with a tint of red and almost no head. Spicy on the nose but if you didn't tell we it was wing sauce I don't think I would have guessed. Mild spice but it does seem to compliment the pale ale fairly well. Different, but it works. More spice next time though.
