Little Harpeth Brewing "High Water"
on tap @ Acme Feed & Seed, Nashville, TN
Notes: Clear mahogany brown body with glowing highlights beneath a full head of tan. Very good head retention and solid lacing. The aroma is caramelish and nutty, and then the flavor adds in some light milk chocolate, fruit, darker caramel, and some earthy and spicy hops. Medium bodied with a moderate carbonation that lends a caress and then warms to become a bit smoother. Median bitterness with a dry finish. Very nicely balanced. Quite drinkable.
