Pale Ale that combines bright citrus and tropical fruit characteristics from four additions of Citra and Cascade hops. Enough maltiness to balance out the hops with a clean refreshing finish.

Bright-looking golden and hazy, aroma is aggressively hoppy with a bit of a yeast bite. Tasteis a bit surprising, mildly tart with lots of dank catty hops and a bit of parmesan cheese, presumably from acid interacting with hops. The hops are right but it feels as though something went wrong with the fermentation, perhaps I got a bad sampling? Hard to comment on the mouthfeel as I was too focused on the sourness.

Had on tap at the Number 5 restaurant.
This was a nice clean, well balanced, hoppy pale ale. The aroma was assertive with a direct citrus note, and the taste was well balanced between the hops and the malt bill.
This was my first sample of this brewery's beer, and I was impressed.
