Trying this beer at my Lake House neighbor's. It poured a cloudy orangish with white head that is leaving any lace. The scent is more sweet malt than hop. The taste is not balanced well it is very sweet and I don't get much hop at all. The Mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it does not live up to it's name.

Drank from dogfish IPA glass. Interesting double APA with a darker appearance. The malt kind of takes over this one--reminding me of something else--German feel to it. So it comes across to me as something different, with some sweetness on the back end that coats the tongue with the hops and alcohol. Overall, I think it works. Pretty well-balanced, too. Glad I tried and a good one for anyone to try who doesn't need it to be a citra showcase bomb experience.
