Pours a gold color with a foamy white head that lasts quite a while. Aroma of grains and floral notes. Taste is sweet and tangy with the expected hoppy bitter finish.

Poured from a growler, tapped at Clam Lake Beer Company (curbside pickup).
Dark copper color
Malty smell, some hint of floral.
Taste is fairly strong.
Mouth feel, some bitter stays on the tongue.
Seems to be more malty than hoppy, good Strong taste.
Bitter but not hoppy or piney.
I like it, I would get a growler again or have a pint at a taproom, when they open.

This has been around in Michigan for a few years now. I had one at the brewery quite awhile ago, but I get it in pint cans. This is a good midwestern IPA, quite bitter and not very citrusy. I like it, and I like the fact it comes in pints.

Date on bottom of can: JUN1218.
Moderate pour from 16 oz. can yields a one inch white head over a medium amber, almost bright, and ever so slightly hazy body with some sticky lacing. Nose of tropical fruit with some nice floral attributes as well. Flavors of tropical fruit, citrus, and a bit of pine resin bitterness on the dry finish. Nice feel and overall, a fresher can might be better, but this was a surprisingly good little IPA right here. Cheers!

Poured into a nonic pint glass, the appearance was a semi-hazy copper to gold sort of color with a finger’s worth of eggshell white foamy head that died off at a nice pace. Some messy lace. The aroma had some citrusy rind-like bitterness playing with a nice clean malt base. The flavor somewhat blends between the malts and the hops in a semi-sweet sort of manner. Slidingly sweet hoppy/malt aftertaste and finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. ABV felt good as projected by the brewer. Overall, nicely done AIPA well worthy of having again.

Pours hazy amber/orange, medium, creamy, off white head that lasts a while. Fades to thin cap with lacing.
Smells of citrus, pine, sweet malt and earthy dank. Light pepper.
Tastes bready malt and citrus peel. Fades to a dry piney linger finish. Lingers a while with some citrus to. Medium body and smooth medium carbonation
