Pitch black in color, our Smoke Stack Stout is as dark and robust as the name implies. You will find characters of baker's chocolate, roasted grain, cacao, caramel and spicy hops that finishes roasty, bitter, and semi-dry. This beer is all about the malt, in which we use a wide assortment of grains to build the desired complexity.

On tap at the brewery.
Black opaque body with a good head and fine lacing patterns.
The aroma seems a bit sour and unpromising but tasting finds a rich and robust stout. It's mildly bitter; more so in the aftertaste. Very dark roast with a reasonable level of char and burnt grain flavors.
Smooth, full body.
