Our Cream Ale is light straw yellow in color with aromas of cracker malts and sweet corn. You'll find these characters on you're palate as well, in balance with spicy hops and a crisp finish.

Perfect clarity, bright pale golden yellow color. Thin lacing stays around for a while. Grainy aroma of cereal grains & crackers ... some spicy hop as well, very clean. Big crispness, moderate sized body, a little slick on the palate. Semi-dry. Corn graininess, cracker-like maltiness and a spicy hop flavor is what is going on here. Quaffing this back with little effort. To style, well put together.
