Half pour at brewery. Clear, pale golden pour, skin of head. Dusty, grassy aroma, hay. Taste introduces light sweet notes, but crisp, small bitter bite. Crisp. Not sure if this is a golden....

Lightly foggy gold with a soft white froth dying to a bubbly film and creamy collar.
Smell is corn, bread, grass and green onion. Clean overall.
Taste is crisp corn, lightly bittering grass and wheat toast via a soft round body that has a lightly powder dry finish.
Re-reviewing a draft pour on July 4th, 2021, the corn is a bit grainy, and it's still decent, but tinged with a slightly strange yellow apple quality.

This was a very smooth ale. Not too much carbonation, and it felt just right on the tongue. It is something that you can drink a lot of and it still tastes like quality.
