Mildly foggy golden amber with a short fuzzy off-white blanket.
The vanilla smooths and sweetens this generally mild hefe, making it certainly taste like a pastry beer and amplifying the banana esters of the hefe. The coffee actually adds a mild chocolate note in the smoothly medium round body. As it warms a little more spicy phenol surfaces, but it's very mild relative to other Hefes. The swallow is semi-wet.
