@cranknstein for a pint of @snowbankbrew "Coffee Bike Trail Pale" Pale Ale. Aroma is a nice roasted coffee but not burnt. Medium body. Hops match almost perfect with the coffee. Acidity leads into the finish with that typical dry astringency character you can get from coffee. Hops linger on the soft palate. Only misleading characteristic is the fact that the beer is pale. When I close my eyes and take a sip, I imagine the tendency to almost categorize it as a dry Irish stout. Needless to say it's a very interesting winter brew to say the least. I like the experimenting!

This beer is not your average fruity, hoppy pale . I really enjoyed bitterness of the pine, grass and herbal flavors. Will definitely order this again.
