Appearance: Black glass holds a halo of dark foam.
Aroma: Burnt barley, sweet malt, mild perfume of hops.
Taste: Sweet, but fairly balanced. Rich malt, slightly boozy barrel, slight earthy hop.
Mouthfeel: Heavy body, low carbonation, slight chew, more of a lip smacking finish.
Overall: Points for Snowbank being my favorite brewery in Ft. Collins, with a lot of competition. All their beers are tasty and worth trying.
