Copenhagen 5/1 2020. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A very green and lush landscape on the label.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a big, dense white head. Settles as 3 cm thick layer of lumpy, fluffy foam. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Massive lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, fruity, juicy sweet and with prominent citric, tart notes. Sweet clementine, peach and pineapple. Lighter notes of lemon and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, smooth, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a stronger, juicy, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingers for a while leading to a semi-dry finish.
Solid juicy, fruity brew with a fine balance and a light citric bite.

12% Plato.
Brewed with Galaxy & Pacific Gem.
Poured into english pint.
Pours clear light copper/amber beer with 1-finger off-white head, so-so retention.
Nice aroma of tropical fruits, herbal and grassy tones. Taste is very dry, well-balanced peppery hop bitterness, round body.
Light body, medium body, high drinkability, rather astringent on a palate.
