Dessert Russian Imperial Stout
Malts: pale ale, caramunch, biscuit, carafa, chocolate; wheat; hops:
rolled oats; savoiardi biscuits; chocolate; cocoa nibs; vanilla; coffee; water, yeast .
Stouts, especially imperial stouts, are known to pair very well with desserts, especially coffee and chocolate. Our new stout is a bit of a dessert in itself. Inspired by our favorite Italian treat, tiramisu, we brewed this dessert Russian imperial stout with savoiardi cookies, cocoa nibs, high-quality chocolate, dessert wine, and a hefty shot of espresso that we brewed for many hours. Another beer for those cold, long winter evenings when you want something sweet.

Mystery Beer in the Barleywine/Stout BIF #2!! Thanks to WunderLlama for this one
The beer pours an opaque black color with no visible highlights, an aggressive pour produces no head to speak of, and there is no lacing whatsoever.
The aroma is sweet and chocolatey. No roastiness is present, no booziness or barrel character.
The flavor is sweet and chocolatey. Full bodied and creamy, light carbonation (nearly still). just a slight alcohol burn
Overall, this is very nice Stout! I quite enjoy it

L : Strong dark brown that's not just black.
S: Strong chocolate/coffee bean notes with some light spices at the end.
T: Takes like a dense cake like a tiramisu. Unlike other beers it has a very long after taste of chocolate. It fades into a small amount of cream and spices but very unique.
F: A bit sweet but not over the top either. Just enough to tell you it's a cake.
O: Another good dessert beer.
