Copenhagen 25/1 2020. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Sketchy drawing of a mango getting salted on the label. Kind of on your nose.
Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Bubbly. Disappears fairly fast leaving a thin ring of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is intense, sweet and fruity with a strong salty streak. Mango , peach and canned pineapple. A sharp odor in the background. Mustard and citrus.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger sourness. Aftertaste is salty and sour. Lingers for a bit. Semi-dry finish.
Quite well balanced and with a reasonable amount of salt. A decent take on a Mango Gose.
