Had this beer served in a pint glass on-tap at Fred's Rivertown Alehouse in Snohomish.
Appearance: lightish copper color with a thin head; this is partly explained by the draft nature of this pint. Relatively little lace was left as I drank.
Smell: sweet and slightly fruity malt characteristics; practically no hop presence. I felt it was a solid but unspectacular Bock aroma.
Taste: malt was sweet and, again, slightly fruity, but with quite a bit of biscuity character. Frankly, there was more biscuit than I typically like, but in this particular case I think it worked well.
Mouthfeel: medium body with an appropriate level of carbonation. It did the trick well enough for me.
Drinkability: this beer was quite refreshing and went with the pub food quite well. I think it was a little better than the sum of its ratings would make it out to be. A good choice for a warm spring afternoon; I would have this again.

On tap at the Two Seven. Served in a pint glass.
Appearance is a shiny copper color an clear. Creamy off-white head with some good resiliency for a tavern pour.
Smell is a sweet rich fruit aroma. Apricots and peaches maybe.
Taste is a bitter/sweet apricot flavor with little medicine sensation in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and slightly cloying.
Drinkable as a seasonal. Good early spring beer, and I'm afraid I came upon too late this year to really enjoy it. Not something to have much of and not all the time.

Appearance This one poured a bright, shiny brown with a rather modest head.
Smell I could pick up a nice, sugary, caramel malt nose but it was very subtle.
Taste This Maibock had a lot of terrific, sweet, caramel malty notes but the hops I thought were overdone. They stepped all over the malt base.
Mouthfeel This was smooth and creamy like a good malty lager but had a stiff dryness at the finish that seemed out of place.
Drinkability This may have been a bit off-style but it was a fun beer to drink and went well with my hamburgs and onion rings.
