I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a pint glass.
Appearance: rich dark brown hue with a thin layer of tan foam atop. Nice color.
Smell: lightly caramelly and roasty aroma. Not overly complex, but nice.
Taste: nicely caramelly with a dash of roastiness. The hops don't come through too much, but still not bad.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a tasty and decently drinkable schwarzbier.
