A: Moderate floral, slightly spice hops with a moderate amount of malt sweetness.
A: Light golden color, totally clear, with a modest white head that has solid retention. There is lots of lacing in the glass.
T: Clean malt flavor, followed by moderate hops – the slight malt sweetness lingers a bit. The beer is crisp with a light hop bitterness and a medium-dry finish.
M: Med-Light body with moderate carbonation. A bit bigger and fuller, than a standard German pils.
O: Solid Pilsner, very straight forward. The beer could be even better ifthe hop support was a little cleaner and if it didn’t finish quite so sweet.
