On tap at The Red Hot. Poured a pale straw yellow into a pint glass with two fingers of loose white head. Clean, grassy aroma.
Moderate carbonation and a creamy, smooth mouthfeel. Tons of nutty grain flavor when cold with hints of lemon and grass on the finish. As the beer warms, slight notes of butter/popcorn emerge.
Solid and full flavored but light enough to keep you coming back for more. A really nice take on the ol' adjunct lager.
