On tap at local Octoberfest
Hazy translucent copper-brown, 10 mm white head, spotty lacing
Fragrant clove and bread yeast
Cloves, light banana, light floral tastes
Medium bodied, persistent carbonation, nice balance
Pairing well with the schnitzel.

Appearance- Pours a a cloudy amber brown with a medium sized white head
Taste- Nice flavor, A pretty good example of a dunkelweizen
Palate- A medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation, has a semi dry finish
Overall- My second beer from Swamp Cabbage, I enjoyed it and I encourage all who are in Columbia, SC to give it a try. They have a nice operation starting share the love with them
