Poured from the tap at the Swamp Cabbage Brewery in Columbia, SC
Aroma- A really good blend of malt and cocoa
Appearance- Pours a black in color with a small tan head
Taste- Nice flavor, the semi sweet cocoa is present but it isn't overpowering
Palate- A medium bodied beer with light carbonation, has a semi dry finish
Overall- My third beer from Swamp Cabbage, it is a very good example of an American Porter and I encourage all who are in Columbia, SC to give it a try. They have a nice operation starting share the love with them
