Available on the first weekend, this was advertised as a Belgian Blonde Ale. It was super simple in its approach, I got light Belgian yeast characteristics. Fruity esthers, like bubble gum and very light banana, it ended with a clovey spice that wasn't offensive. The middle palate detected some wheat like malt and it finished with a sweet bubblegum. Not a bad first effort.
