The color of light amber haze. White foam, is not high, rapidly reduces.
Aroma: gently banana, a little lemon notes, malt and a lot of "wet" grain.
Taste: is intense, there is a bit of clove, sweet banana with which appear sweet notes of honey, again a little "wet" wheat and light earthiness.
Bitterness occurs at the finish, light and delicate. Saturation average.

The brewery claims thatthis a bavarian Hefeweizen. In my opinion it is more a hybrid of a Hefeweizen and a Belgian wit. The use of malted wheat, the orange color and smell of clove puts it into Germany, but the non substantial coarse head, the coriander aroma and taste and estery notes are more typical for the Belgium variant. A good light ABV beer for the weekend afternoon.
