A: Cloudy, pale yellow-gold, with two fingers of head that fade quickly.

S: Wheat bread, clove, ginger, ripe banana, all present and accounted for.

T: Sligtly sweet malt. Plenty of love, less ginger. A touch of coriander. But also an unpleasant amine note mixed in.

M: more dry tan anything. Carbonation is fairly good.

O: In France on vacation, this one caught my eye. I respect creativity, but I respect it more when it enhances the experience. In this case, I'd rather stick with a traditional Hefeweizen. It was certainly drinkable, but I won't buy it again. No worries: I also bought a couple of bottles of French wine .
