NIce dark orange/light brown colour, very cloudy, tiny cappuccino-like head.
Orange flavour prevails in the nose, as you can expect from a orange peel spiced beer. Then some pleasant chestnut honey and dried fruit.
Medium body, a bit too watery than necessary. Carbonation is too much heavy for this kind of beer.
It starts sweet, ends very bitter, maybe just a bit too much for this kind of beer. Reminds a belgium amber ale but lacks personality.
It could be a much more interesting beer with a lower carbonation and a better balance between bitterness and sweetness
