Review according to BJCP2008 guidelines (style 6A). Bottle 50 cl - Batch 001-14. AROMA: faint hop and DMS aromas with some very faint straw/hull and malt notes. APPEARANCE: pale straw color with a white head that vanishes almost instantly. hazy with a lot of sediment with very low sedimentation rate, even for an unfiltered beer. somewhat sparkling. TASTE: low bitterness and maltiness with faint hop flavours. some DMS is present. somewhat dry finish. faint to no esters noticeable. PALATE: light body and crisp. medium carbonation with a fizzy sensation on the tongue. OVERALL: a good aproximation to a classic Cream Ale and very thirst quenching.

A: The color is an opaque yellow with a slight orange touch. The gasification is adequate and the foam makes a lot of lacing. Good stuff coming from here.
S: Sugary malt, caramel.
T: Yeasty, malty and suprisingly floral.
M: All the yeast, malt and floral tones of the taste felt a bit dry when it comes to mouthfeel.
O: Yet, all of this comes to be Bracara, an awesome portuguese beer to have by the porch in the summer.
