A beer for the working class. This brew was created as an ode to the lost American Golden Ales, a highly popular pre-prohibition beer style that was one of the most popular throughout the American west. Known for its crisp refreshing character with notes of biscuit malt and golden sraw in color. Whether it's with meat and potatoes, salads, fish, pasta, chicken, pork or by itself, Blue Collar is a good addition for any occasion.

The appearance was a hazy yet also transparent golden to bronzed amber color. Super light carbonation was seen rising. There was a one finger white foamy head that quickly died off. The smell had a roasted barley with a sweet corn and a crisp wheaty caramel and toffee notes. The taste came across more of a crisp biscuity flavoring with a slight toffee trying to come in. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a slight refreshing crisp sessionability about it - if I could look past some of the barley and biscuity combination resting on my tongue (just kind of weird to me). Overall, pretty good cream ale.

I had this in a pint glass.
The appearance was a golden color with streams of carbonation seen rising. Bar pour's kind of head is just a film and barely coats the glass with any lacing.
The smell had a sweet corn flavor.
The taste was sweet corn with a light honey.
The mouthfeel was crisp and sweet. It's about a light on the body.
Overall, decent cream ale but honestly, I probably couldn't really smell this apart from their blonde ale.
