I've only ever had a draft sample of this, so I hope that's okay.
Here goes:
The appearance was a semi-clear yellow with a fair carbonation rising to fill a quickly dieing head.
The smell had a somewhat sweet to spicy "pils" like hops to malts, could be construed as light corn maybe
even cereal, but it did smell good.
The taste was mainly sweet with an underlying quick spiciness to it.
The mouthfeel had a certain sharpness I've often detected in German pilseners before (and that was why I added
it as a Pilsener).
Overall, hey, I'd have this German Pilsener again. Mmmm....good stuff.
