650 ml bomber from the brewery

Light lemon yellow colour. One and a half inch white mixed head. Tons of carbonation in continual bursts.

Mild wheat aroma with a touch of honey and a hint of grassy hops. Very nice.

The taste is straight forward. Not very complex. Tastes of grainy wheat with a bit of honey sweetness to balance with a low level of grassy hops. Not spicy at all. The hops come out more in the earthy aftertaste.

Medium light feel for a wheat ale. Slightly tart.

this is an OK wheat beer. Light in both malts and wheat (less than 20%). The honey works well here. An easy drinking Labour day relaxer.
