On-tap at East Harlem Bottling Co., New York, NY
A: The beer is slightly hazy light yellow in color with only a faint amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a small patch of white bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass. The head eventually completely faded away.
S: Light to moderate aromas of honey, lemons, and floral hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of lemony and floral hops with a little honey and hints of yeast.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a low amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is a little lighter compared to other beers in the style.
