Another excellent hazy pale ale from Catskill Brewery. Poured into a tulip tumbler.
Look - Hazy and cloudy, brilliant; SRM 2.5
Smell - Citrus and mellon aroma, very prominent
Taste - Lemon, lime and orange rind, with hints of peach and mango as it warms in the glass. Lingers with pepper and blue spruce.
Feel - Full mouthfeel, juicy but dry finish, slightly pillowy, perfect for the style
Overall - Hope they brew this again with the same attention to detail as this batch. This is one of the best pale ales brewed by this brewery.
