The debut beer in our High Peaks Rotational IPA Series is named after an iconic Catskill Peak - Panther Mountain. Dry-hopped with copious amounts of Taiheke, a great NZ hop that imbues characteristics of fresh fruit - apple, berry and citrus. The beer is a bright white head and deep pale haze - it drinks with a medium body and has a pleasing rising bitterness.

Had this on draft at the brewery.
A: pours a hazy, golden body with small, white head, but pretty thick with nice retention and lacing.
S: sweet, lemongrass smelling beer
T: sweet, lemon zest tasting beer with a nice, lemongrass malt finish.
M: medium bodied and very smooth
O: nice mouthfeel and taste combo; great beer.
