Poured into a wide mouth, grip shaped goblet: color is hazy/near murky gold, dense, head is off white with frothy and thick presentation, lingers well.
Smell is slightly hop forward, notes of pith and earth, light malt sweetness but just mixed and not with depth.
Taste is is muddled hop and malt with pith/earth/citric hop notes and light neutral barley malt sweetness.
Mouthfeel is low/moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, low/moderate bitterness; lingering sweetness.
Overall a brew that has probably aged some so not the freshest hop profile malt is neutral with some slight caramel/toast character with warmth; seems muddled between styles.
