Long aged in a 30 barrel oak foeder, this sour ale is a wonder of balance. It's a beautiful hazy gold-amber color and has light off-white head. On the palate, it's an almost perfect combination of fruit, light toasted oak and a very laid back tartness that accentuates this near-elegant ale.
