This American style stout is a collaboration with Chicago’s own Metropolis Coffee and our base stout recipe. We got stupid and added 10 lbs of fresh roasted Ethiopian Ayleye whole coffee beans and 9 lbs of organic raw Cacao Nibs. Smells sexy — tastes sexier.
