Review acoording to BJCP2008 guidelines (style 10A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 03-14. AROMA: very nice moderate hop aroma with citrusy and floral notes. low malt support aromas with faint esters (dried grapes like). APPEARANCE: deep amber color and somewhat clear for a craft beer. moderate ivory head with good retention. TASTE: hop flavor dominates with nice citrusy and floral notes. faint malt character with balance towards the hops. moderate hop bitterness that lingers into a medium dry finish. PALATE: medium body with moderate carbonation and no astringency. OVERALL: a very good craft american pale ale with fascinating hop aromas and flavours. Almost spot on. Recommended.

A: Beige foam with lot of lacing. Amber body that seems delicious.
S: Floral, citrus, grassy hops and pine.
T: Toasty, caramel-y, malt sweetness and really hoppy! Both in taste, mouthfeel and feel after the sip.
M: Gently carbonated which gives it a smooth mouthfeel. The high IBUs make your mouth go dry after you sip. Awesome.
