Poured from a 33cl bottle to an Erdinger glass.

A: The first thing that got my attention was the amount of head this beer was forming when being poured to the glass. I had to wait a bit to be able to pour a 33cl beer to a 50cl glass! The body is crystalline yellow, looking very good for a Weizen.
S: Clove is present. The banana accent is not.
T: The usual breadiness with sweet malt touch to it.
M: Carbonation to an acceptable level. Smooth to say the least.
O: I'm not a fan of weizens, actually, being one of first styles I dove into, right now I don't find much enthusiasm around this kind of style. Yet, Tarrafa is a good example of a Weizen. In Portugal, Tarrafa might even be the best example.
