A: Body pours a beautiful yellow coloration with a one finger thick head with medium lacing and retention.
S: The aroma is great of white wine, with a very fruity touch. Lots of citrus and berries in the aroma.
T: I really wasn't expecting this but this beer is very close to a white wine flavour but with a real ale profile. Lots of citrus, raspberries, strawberries and then some tart or souring yeast blending in. Great.
M: Body is medium. Carbonation now great. Alcohol is almost unnoticed.
O: Great beer. I really wasn't expecting this but it's really great.
