Lucky to have found this one in a local supermarket. I seem to be on a Brussels Beer Project run down. Can't resist, they are really good :-p
Served in my trusty "Seef" tumbler.
The beer has a hazy white/yellow colour. It holds the midst between lemonade and Hefeweizen.
The head is "foamy", looks like dish soap.
Scent is citrusy sweet, pomelo I think. Shows malts and hops.
Citrus up front, toned down by earty yeast and sweet malts (white bread with lemon marmelade?). Ends in a delicate dry hoppy taste.
Aftertaste continues the subtle soft bitter hops with almond yeast.
Another low alcohol warm evening drinker. No complaints here.
