Bought at the BBP-shop on the Rue Dansaert in Brussels.
Served in my usual Seef tumbler.
Citric scent when the beer is poured.
Colour is golden with a white hue, covered with a nice inch thick white firm head.
Scent is sour sweet. Clear citric (lemon) and a herbal element in the background.
Flavour is more earthy. Herbal/nutty and dry. Citrus is always present.
Aftertaste continues the flavour, but becomes noticeably more dry. Citrus is a bit sweeter (dried citrus fruit), rather pomelo then lemon. Aftertatse lingers.
Nice and subbtle sour ale. Quite enjoyable.
