Served from tap in a pint glass at the tap room.
Hopefully this beer resembles in no way that damn Adam Sandler movie... Anyway, this stuff pours an opaque black-brown topped by over a finger of tan foam. The nose comprises strong burnt pretzel, roasted malts, and light coffee. The taste holds notes of bitter green coffee, harsh roasted malts, and light wasabi. The body is a light-leaning medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a smooth feel. Overall, this stout just didn't do it for me. It was far too bitter and herbal for any amount of true enjoyment to punch through.
