Tasted in a pint glass from draft at at Lucky Dorr on April 29, 2018. Brewed in collaboration with Lucky Dorr, located a stone’s throw from Wrigley Field, and operated by two Crystal Lake natives. Straw colored with a pillowy white head, this beer begs to be sipped. You can smell the bright notes of tropical fruit along with a hint of sweet ripe melon from across the bar. The flavors explode on your palate ranging from citrus and mango, to extra sweet honeydew melon. Tying everything together is the smooth almost creamy characteristic of wheat malt. A firm bitterness and candied hop note finish the journey.
