Ope! you just bumped in to our collaboration beer with the Lucky Dorr crew. This Midwest IPA packs all the juicy hop characteristics of Hazy IPA’s, but also has a very mild bitterness and was fined in the fermenter to make it almost crystal clear. Massive amounts of Mosaic & Sultana hops along with several other varieties make this beer explode with notes of tropical fruit, citrus and berries. It’s got a soft mouthfeel and huge hop aroma, guaranteed to satisfy your midwest sensibilities. Step up to the bar and, Ope!

Had on tap. Murky dark golden body with a thin white cap. Aromas of pineapple, orange, mango, melon, grapefruit pith with big earthy and lesser piney hops. Taste has a heightened yeast presence that bond with the earthy hops in a large way, otherwise same as nose, fruit are not too juicy or bright. Feel is malty more than hoppy, has a slight resin on the back end, decent carbonation.

Tasted in a tall tulip from draft at Crystal Lake Brewing on July 12, 2019. Brewed in collaboration with the Lucky Dorr. Hopped with Mosaic and Nuggzilla along with several other varieties. Look is crystal clear. Huge hop aroma with notes of tropical fruit, citrus and berries. Very mild bitterness and a soft mouthfeel.
