Oh jah, der hey! This pilot batch gave our brewers a chance to try a unique strain of lager yeast originating from Denmark. We're glad they did, because the result is crisp, clean, and crushable with a hint of rye complexity. Have yourself a pint before this small batch is gone! Skål!

Had on tap. Clear dark golden body with a darker white head, spotted lacing. Aromas of rye, rustic yeast, and general breadiness. Taste starts with rye and yeasty rustic bread roll, lemon peel, more rye and a whisper of flower petal round out. Feel is medium bodied with the yeast and rye shaping the whole way, rustic and inspired, smooth and easy drinking with character
