For something truly extraordinary, we took an aged Boathouse from the cellar to create a Taproom only limited one-off. Our delicious bourbon barrel aged stout made with cinnamon, caramel, vanilla and green apple juice.

Had on tap. Cellared for a couple of years. Black stout pour with a lighter brown collar. Aromas of cinnamon, surprisingly well balanced barrel, molasses and malt. Taste adds some char to the background, apple is reduced to sweetness, but cinnamon and barrel are still going strong after all of this time. Smooth and warming, not boozy, leans dry and full. Not as gimmicky as suspected, nice work
