The 1st installment of Orchid Island Brewery’s "Grove to Glass Craft Beer Project" and our house favorite. It's a smooth and juicy double IPA loaded with citrus and hops, balanced by a touch of caramel malt sweetness. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Centennial, Citra, Simcoe and locally grown grapefruit zest.

Poured an apple cider colored body with minimal head and lace. Has a basic grapefruit aroma and taste in a medium body that passes smooth and has passable notes of sweetness and hoppy bitterness. Not much to say about this beer but it is passable.
