Looks: A pink and very frothy (for a moment) soda-ish head. Soapy bubbles that dissipate somewhat quickly. Very opaque and dense. Leaves some head down the glass. Deep luxardo cherry color - almost purple. A very beautiful and magnificent color.
Feel: Medium bodied. Maybe on the thick side - a little grainy.
Smell: Smells like sour tastes. Sour candy smell. Slight hint of pomegranates (maybe?).
Taste: Pretty tart. Medium sourness for the style. Light hint of key lime and the aftertaste is pretty firmly that of blackberries.
Overall: A really solid, (though gorgeous looking), sour beer.
