Stopped at the brewery to start my 4 day weekend. Served to me on tap in a pint glass, this beer is a light, clear golden color with a nice white head that's over an inch thick when first served. Head settles to a pretty thick ring lining the inside of the glass and very nice lacing. Aromas of smoked malts and certainly some wheat . Not much else smell wise. Has a nice, crisp, smokey malt and wheat flavor upfront that gives way to a good bitterness. Has a very crisp, slightly prickly, yet smooth and frothy, medium to full bodied mouthfeel with moderate to have carbonation. Easy to drink in the good way. Worth a try for sure.
